Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of this website and to service requests submitted through it. By using the site or requesting service, you agree to these terms.

Using this website

The content on this site is provided for general information about our locksmith services. You may read, print, and share it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, or reuse the content commercially without permission.

You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false service requests, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Service requests are not automatic bookings

Submitting a form or leaving a message starts a conversation. A job is scheduled only once we have reviewed the details and confirmed it with you. We may decline a request that falls outside our service area, our capabilities, or our authorization requirements.

Estimates and pricing

Any range or figure given before an on-site inspection is a preliminary estimate, not a fixed quote. Lock condition, hardware type, key or programming requirements, vehicle security systems, and existing damage can all change the work involved.

A firm price is confirmed before work begins. If the scope changes once the hardware is inspected, we will explain the change and obtain your approval before continuing.

Arrival times

Arrival estimates are based on your location, current workload, and the type of service required. Traffic, weather, job complexity, and technician availability affect travel time. We do not guarantee a specific arrival time.

Authorization and identification

A locksmith controls access to vehicles, homes, offices, and private property. Before entry or key work, we may require identification, proof of ownership, proof of residence or tenancy, employment verification, or management authorization.

You confirm that you are legally permitted to authorize work on the vehicle or property involved. Service will be declined where authorization cannot be reasonably established.

Work performed and property condition

Locks, doors, frames, vehicles, and hardware are often already worn, damaged, or misaligned when we arrive. We select methods intended to minimize further damage, but some situations require destructive entry or component replacement. Where that is likely, we will explain it before proceeding.

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, wear, or defects, or for damage arising from hardware, vehicles, or installations that were already compromised.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements are agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of booking.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the services or this website is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost time, lost income, or inconvenience.

Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites or tools that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts serving that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
